Isle of Man game companies?

So I remember back in 2005 there was this Gamasutra article about how the Isle of Man government was giving incentives to video game developers to come and setup shop there. Has anyone heard of any companies opening up there?

There are something like 30 companies - Rebel Brains, Viaden, Clubv3, whoever runs Polerstars, Cayetano, the list goes on.

They're pretty much exclusively online gambling game developers. Hilariously, the Isle of Man government has a minister for online gambling games. I shit you not.
