Hey guys it's Marius.
I've been working the last couple of weeks on some modifiers for 3DS Max.
The first one is a DynaMesh modifier. It is like dynamesh from zbrush.
The second one is a ShrinkWrap modifer. It takes the vertices from one mesh and projects them the other mesh based on normals or closest surface point. It can be used for re-topology, making cloth, skin sliding etc.
The last one is the TopoRelax modifier. It relaxes a mesh and it tries to keep the volume of the mesh as best as possible unlike the normal relax which shrinks the mesh.
Now please cast your vote in the pool above for which plugin to do want released first or give other suggestions for plugins in a post.

You can use it to make a quad mesh out of triangle mesh and then take it into mubox and sculpt it.
Yes thats what i mean.
Edit: Oh, its not free.
Seems like it needs a little refinement
That could be useful but I probably wouldn't use it all that often.
ShrinkWrap Modifer?
There are already a few scripts and plug-ins that do this. MaxRetopo, WrapIt, Paul Hormis's Conform Wrap script. They aren't modifiers but then I don't see any advantage to them if they where modifier based instead.
TopoRelax Modifer?
This I could use, but probably not enough to justify buying it. I already use the handful of plug-ins above and have a pretty good retopo workflow going.
