I have started learning on blender, and have used the Jonathan Williamson Tutorials to hammer out a basic mesh. My end goal is a faceless male basic model that I can rig, or more favorably attach a pre-made rig to. The rendering and coloration is going to be basic colors, with no real facial features modeled in. Just a block head.
My aspirations are to make a animated male model. I would be glad to know someone else was looking over my work and able to see problems that I cannot.
Here is where I started, for reference:

I have given a close up of certain areas I have questions about.
The areas of the hips seem to need plenty of animation loops, so I'd hoped I made them correctly there.
I am generally interested in having a critique on my edge flow, and whether my poles are too numerous, or poles adequately placed regarding the needs of an animating mesh.
I realize that to style your loops using the muscles people have as a guide, and I am looking for any help that could get my mesh making close to that ideal.
I think I will add the hands and feet soon.
Here's to you, brave reader.
