Not my first sculpt (maybe 4th), but my best so far, since i'm a total amateur.
Any tips on how to approach the ears? would love any comment.
I'm sculpting with sculptris alpha6.
Nice work dude. Few things... You have the nose meeting the brow a bit too high, and you should try pulling that chin out a bit it's looking a little flat. The eye shape is a little off. As for your ears they look pretty solid just tackle the inside of them. Get yourself a TON of reference!! Great work so far though. Keep it up
Hey Pudding, I'd suggest looking at a lot of reference while modeling, and just doing your best to replicate what you see. Get your large forms & proportions correct before moving on to any detail. Always work big-->small. Keep it up!
me again :P
retopoed the head to make a low poly model. maybe i will revisit it to make it really low poly.
then i baked the normals and created a diffuse with an ao bake. could figur out how to make a proper cavity map.
the diffuse textur is not yet done and the guy needs some clothes :P
i hope i get to actually give him bones and animate him.
crits are really welcome. also, should i add hairplanes?
