Young girl face - crits please

Ok, first crack at a young girls face. Here's the base mesh. I'm thinking the ears are a complete disaster area. But any crits on the rest of it would be appreciated.

Probably a llittle dense topology wise too. Oh and now I paste the images into the post, I see that cluster of faces to the front of the ear. FFS ah well, please crit, cant hurt to reinforce my own annoyances after all.

Ok, fixed images hopefully. Dropbox brainfart.
