UDK Seem Problem

Hey all im just having a seem issue in UDK im getting dark lines in between my modular peices (They arn't glitching) they are just dark and highly noticeable

What should i do ? If its a measurment issue i have set my 3DSmax to 1 foot per grid block and iam keeping everything to an even number

Do you have a lightmap? may be a lightmap issue.

Do you have two UV Channels one with your texture and the second for your lightmap? UDK needs two can lead to the strange seems you are getting.

This is really doing my head in, all UV channels are setup correctly along with the spacing and in the udk static mesh editor im aware channels start from 0 in UDK and i still cant figure this out ><

think you can get that problem if your normals arnt combpletly hard. So double check your normals

Did you know that there is a Tech UDK thread? In the future, post your problems there, usually you can get a solution there faster... Cheers

I had a similar issue once but it dealt me having the normal map compressed in unreal editor. It looked like I had the same issue and I tried to find the answer everywhere but it was fixed when the normal map was not compressed. I have not messed with udk to know if the problem still exsists.

After playing around and fiddling i now only get the error when lightmass is enabled, that i can settle for thanks guys
