We are currently looking for a World Artist full time in Hunt Valley, Maryland [15 min drive from Baltimore, which is where I live]. Relocation is required.
Experience [especially with MMOs] is a big plus, but mad skills can be substituted.
Job entails;
-Compose, sculpt and texture terrain,
-Working with designers and other artists to create convincing and thematic environments that feel natural and compelling
-Creating compositions, placing props and structures, and leading the player.
-Fast, efficient, and creative layout of large environments.
What we are looking for in a portfolio- Compelling environments, with strong compositions and pathing if applicable. Good artistic eye. If you only have props in your portfolio, your chances aren't great. Looking for all the artistic fundamentals.
