Fantastic! I would ditch the big X on the belt. Between the hair and face mask, he's starting to look a little like Gambit from X-Men, so the big X on the belt doesn't help
Also usually you don't see a symbol of any kind unless its a patch/badge on a support/tactical/special force unit. Why? You don't go in saying "Hey, its the army! We are going to kick your ass". The uniform is suppose to provide function and practicality and slapping a logo on it (again unless its a patch or badge) it just seems tacky.

Anyway, new X-COM by Firaxis coming out in October this year.
