No pressure sensitivity in Mudbox 2012 with Intuos4

A few days ago I purchased an Intuos4 tablet and have had a problem ever since. In Mudbox 2012(64bit), I have no pressure sensitivity on any of the brushes. I do not have this problem in ZBrush(trial), Photoshop, Wacom's diagnostic panel or anything else for that matter. I have the newest drivers, service packs, patches, etc... I have tried removing Wacom preferences and reinstalling the driver, which also did nothing. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

I've had this occur when switching from the 32 bit executable to the 64 bit executable for mudbox (and photoshop for that matter). I believe it's a known issue, though I may be wrong. Try the 32 bit executable and see if it makes any difference.
