Hey Guys,
I'm doing a speed sculpt to get some practice on working off facial concepts. I'm using a massive black concept for the character Kreel. I've put about 2 hours into it and was hoping to spend at most 4 hours. Can I get a little feedback, to make sure I'm on the right path? Appreciate it.

Looks like you're working at too high a subdivision level. That causes you to have a blobby look. You should be able get the major features in with much less polys.

Step back down and adjust the proportions. Things like the eyes being lower, etc.

yar! uhm I was doing dynamesh at first, think I got carried away with the resolution, so now when I turned off dynamesh it was at 1.2 mill LMAO oh well.

believe you can always lower your resolution value in dynamesh....

Ok..spent my allotted 4 hours on this model give or take 15 mins. Didn't get to really poly paint it too much or do a lot with the hair or clothes but I wanted to stay at 4 hours.

learned a lot by doing this. Hopefully I can improve a bit.

The face feeels a bit flat. It might help if you try to look at it from all angles (such as beneath and on top. It should wrap around the skull.
