Viking WIP

Hey everyone! I've been working on this viking character for a while now and I am at a point where I would love to hear any crits and comments about what I have so far.

The original concept is by Björn Hurri from the game Viking Battle for Asguard.

I tried to change him up a bit to try to add my own spin to him. I think I might add some extra pieces like a shoulder guard and ill add some gauntlets instead of the arm bands. What do you all think of my progress so far?

Hey pretty cool character! Would be awesome if you give him some tattoos and other markings. Anyways, his head seems a bit small... You might go for heroic proportions, but its just too much in this case :P Also, I think you should slant his upper back and bring it forward a bit, so his ribcage would seem more natural....
