Maya viewport clipping problem.

Hi I was wondering if you could help me out with a viewing problem. In the viewport I get attached screenshot. Parts of the model disappear as I move around it.I've checked my face normals, all fine and I don't think its a far clip problem. My texture does have an alpha on it, but only in one part (tga). The model renders fine, but I need a good screenshot (for unfiltered setting).

Any idea would be appreciated, thanks!

Just to double check though, maybe you could decrrease the Near Clip Plane value?

If not then it still could be your TGA texture, try assigning a new material and if it works ok then you know what the problem is.

I found a way to render it out how I want now, so I guess its not so much of a problem, but it does seem the be the texture thats causing the preview to do this. It's just a little annoying not being able to see it all properly.

I'd make sure that there's no transparency going on even though you say there's no alpha channels. Make sure none of your transparency attributes are connected on your shaders that shouldn't be, just break connection if this is the case.

Also check your near/far plane settings as already mentioned. Remember that a too wide range between your near <-> far plane will create accuracy issues. A good rule of thumb if you change one, also change the other in the same direction.
