(In need of your words of wisdom*)
Hi, I'm new to the forum and I would love to get some feedback on my work.
I go to a 3D art school in Sweden, where I have in task to model a character and a scene to finaly export it to a game engine.
The poly limit in total is: 50 000
Character: 4 000
Max texture size: 1024x1024.
Max number of 1024x1024 textures is 8.
Theese may be split up to smaller textures.
Everything is to be textured and lit up with lights (maximum of 6).
The character is also to be animated with different animations.
We were given 3 random keywords to work from, I got "Coward" "Dictator" "With mental powers".
I chose to go with a dwarf in a dwarf-stylish "city".

You may wonder how this guy is a coward?He is a coward because he hides behind his guards.Why does he hide behind his guards?He dictates for war, which is not aprieciated.How can I see he got mental powers?The mace is glowing.

I have surfed the internet to find some references to build my map from.
I Found that most of the dwarf architecture is flat with hard edges, and most of the detail is made with textures. So I made some different pillars, which may not all fit with eachother. Maybe anyone know some good references on dwarf architecture?
I would be happy if you spoke your mind, and could tell me what I could do better, if you like anything, and give me ideas of what I could add to the scene, or character.

As you may notice I've changed some small whings on the dwarf, like his chest and helmet.
