No, it's better if he puts the pictures in dropbox "Public" folder and copies the public link and uses that. Much better, no darn compression.

looks like you're on the right start. but i think his proportions are a bit off.

you dont have to put an update every minute. its ok to put something you have to say along with your screenshots in the same post

1. it looks no different from before.
2. jeans are too specular.
3. bad lighting setup is causing your normals too look too harsh on the face.
