Is he a gem thief though? Looks like he's earning it to me.
There's one big reason I live gem thief as a title better, if it was anything like gem miner all the minecraft fan boys would scream "ITS A RIP OFF! ITS A PUZZLE GAME WITH MINECRAFT TILES AND THEY STOLE THE NAME TOO! OMGZAJFASNS:JH"
