is there anyway to change zbrushs screen resolution?

i watched lesterbanks tut on customizing zbrushs interface and i even downloaded his custom ui to test out.

i noticed my buttons are to big and i can hardly see the buttons to the right of the toolbar (focal shift, rgb intensity, etc.)
is there anyway ti fix this?
could it be my display?
my drivers are up to date and all

    the thing with custom uis is, that they are not relative in screenspace, so if you want his ui to work on your machine exactly the way it works on his, you'll need exactly his screenresolution

    is there anyway to scroll sideways on the toolbar to show your buttons?

    As for using that particular UI, you'd be able to see more of the sliders along the top if you temporarily collapse the right divider that currently houses the Tools palette.
    You could further edit his to remove any of the buttons/brushes/sliders you don't personally use a lot in order to clear up more space for the ones you do, and if you're stuck on a lower resolution like that and want all his preferred buttons visible then you could reposition some along the left or the bottom of the screen as well.
