after my first effort took way too long, I decided to put myself under the gun and see how far I could get in a 8 or so hours...




I'd call it a mediocre start...I think I'll give my self another day of revisions. What would you prioritize?

I think are you rushing through the steps too fast. You would really benefit from slowing down until you have a thorough understanding of each step. For instance, you have multiple bake errors in your normal map. Taking the time to learn how to bake a clean normal and AO map will be more valuable to you then completing whole asset with errors. The speed will come naturally with time and practice.
