Main tasks and responsibilities
- Drawing of characters and/or environments using Illustrator
Skills and Profile
- Excellent proficiency of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in vector arts
- Good knowledge of colour theory and its applications
- Knowledge of artistic composition and visual balance
- Basic knowledge of academic drawing and good pencilling skills
- Ability to create rough sketches
- Demonstration of creativity
- Adaptability to different games and graphic styles (pixel, cartoon, realistic, illustration, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in contemporary media (Web, games, comics, film, animation, etc.)
- Open-minded and outward-looking
- Organized and efficient
- Knowledge in Flash an asset
- Degree in Arts, or equivalent production experience an asset
- Expertise or knowledge in 3D software an asset
- English writing communication an asset
