The last one was a fun action game and a great fan service. Hopefully this one goes all Arkham City with the number of characters and pockets of lore everywhere.
Yeah saw this news earlier today and got excited. Loved the first one, and can't wait to see the improvements. Just seeing Grimlock on the cover there made it a day one purchase for me.
Sounds interesting but why do you have to deliver the info like this. I guess its money but...
Do you mean in a magazine you have to pay to read? It's really very simple.
The game costs a ton of money to make
Advertising has a large impact on game sales
Giving a single publication exclusive rights can help you bargain for a front page
The exposure can help sell more copies.
If you just wait, all the pertinent details will be revealed for free eventually, but it makes total sense within the current system to trade early info for extra exposure. It's a very smart move, in fact.
Game Informer always trickles down great information through their online site. Check it out for all the bad ass Zelda and Bordlerands 2 coverage..and more importantly.. their Super Replays.
Looks amazing, and I'm glad to see more retro style designs (Because IMO, the last game was a bit too different still, even if it was lightyears ahead of the film designs).
I'm hoping that if you include Multiplayer this time, you give us some damn awesome customisation options. Thats what was lacking before, and lets face it, making my own Transformer equals an instant purchase, no contest.
Aye, I think we explained on the gameinformer coverstory why we removed co op. It was definitely not an easy choice. But I will admit, Multiplayer is suuuuuper fun...and pretty worth it.
I just wanted to chime in and say that War for Cybertron was a total surprise for me, it struck a great balance between reinvention and nostalgia. I didn't dare hope for a sequel, let alone one starring my favorite character.
Easily the best trailer from the VGAs. Still playing War for Cybertron from time to time, my son is huge into Transformers so we're both lovin it and excited to see the sequel!

Magic.
New trailer!
+1
I'm saddened that they removed co-op, so that will delay my purchase until it's a bit cheaper.
It's so much more TF than Bayformers...
superbe trailer
Just ignore the subtitles.
