Quick and probably easy question to answer but still learning ZB.

I have 2 objects, a head and eyes. If I want to paint the eyes, say green, and still have my head untouched, displaying correct matcap colour shader how do I do this?

Currently I'm polypainting the eyes with the colour I want, but when I switch back to the head it applies the matcap to the eye too. Guessing I'm missing something here...

EDIT: I guess I'm asking if you can apply materials per subtool?

Select the subtool you want to change, and the color/matcap you want it to have. Make sure MRGB is turned on, and go to Color: Fill Object.

Also make sure the subtool is set to show polypaint (it'll have the paintbrush icon in the subtool list, next to the eye icon that hides them), otherwise it'll just show the currently selected material/color instead.
