Looks pretty spot on to me. Perhaps the palm could do with a larger variety of smaller wrinkles to help blend in those main wrinkle lines you've got.

Looks good, upper part of the thumb muscle towards the fingers on the palm is too bloated

I would add some fine wrinkles and details alike (if you know how) because right now it looks pretty smoothed out. If and when you do that, this hand will really stand out!

The anatomy looks pretty strong. You can see the bone structure and veins. What looks off is the angle of the fingers. The only time they are ever straight is when they are together. As soon as you separate them they begin to fan out. Yours look a bit too parallel.
