WIP - Ogre

Probably going to be a poor WIP thread since I've already done a fair bit but I had a couple of questions so what the hell :).

Based loosely off this irritatingly low res image and other ogre pics from the Warhammer world!

Still need to do the belt, buckle and accessories (does a severed head count as an accessory?), but C&C very welcome. I also need to do the teeth/tongue but I don't really have much experience with that kinda stuff. Anyone have any tips?

Also this is the first time I've done a more complicated model in Zbrush (with multiple subtools and such). If I wanted to polypaint the whole model to then transfer the diffuse onto a low res mesh through xNormal, would I need to create automatic UVs for each subtool in Zbrush or can I just create a large texture for everything and then just use this as color data for a more optimised low res UV set?
