Sketchbook: Vectroid

I've been stalking this forum and its awesome sketchbooks for a couple of years now. I decided to finally give in and start posting some WIPs here to get feedback since I'm mostly trying to learn right now. And here I figured, I can learn from the very best 
I work for a design firm during the day but whenever I'm not thinking about my job, that thirst to just go and create fantasy/scifi stuff just kicks in and I gotta satisfy my brain's demands. So you'll probably be seeing mostly monsters and characters (maybe sometimes weapons) in here. I'll try to update as I go.

Here's my first upload:
I'm just trying to make something half decent in zbrush for the first time. I was always intimidated by its interface and cowered away to hide under Sculptris' dress but I decided to bite the bullet and try to learn it. I might attempt a retopo just for fun later on.
