Dynamic brush cursor in Photoshop?

Does anyone know how to enable or install a brush cursor that follows the actual settings you have for pen tilt in your brush?

Example: a palette knife brush is very skinny and long, and the cursor only shows it standing vertically, even if you have directional + tilt settings enabled.

How do I get the cursor to angle to emulate how much brush will actually start painting?


This is for CS4, by the way.

I don't believe this is possible at all, although Photoshop CS5's bristle brushes have that feature. They're quite nice brushes too, as it happens. Bit on the laggy side at times, but if your computer can handle it they're lovely.

Does it update in real time in your "viewport" in CS5? A coworker of mine mentioned that he has only seen the tilt cursor work in a secondary window, which would be kind of silly.
