It was a really good idea, it just died out because the second last one lost focus, turned into a full asset pipeline thing. I felt the initial idea was strong because it was pure sub-d and how to do it properly/sharing techniques and .OBJ's; maybe others don't agree though. Then a topic was chosen (the camera) that didn't really interest people, even though we had a two page suggestion thread full of cool ideas...
If some of the suggestions in the 'Topic Suggestion' thread in the subforum I'm sure it will be popular again.
Any interest?

I was suffering with the Nwn2 toolset around the time this was still an active thing
And i love stuff like this it makes one hell of a Good community in the end.
Feel free to pick a topic and start a new workshop thread. Try to keep it relatively simple, too complex and its going to scare people off, but other than that, feel free to use your judgement. Try to follow the basic thread conventions as with earlier workshops.
One of the biggest things the workshop needs is just someone running it, giving critiques and of course, a few people to start posting wips.
Totally agree with this. Would love more Low Poly Challenges.
OK. You reckon a poll with a few of the previous suggestions would be best, or just pick one myself? I think a few of the suggestions would be good, so we'd get to most of them eventually, hopefully...
I always tried to pick a topic that would highlight a certain aspect or method that I could write something about as well.
OK guys, get voting
