US Sports in UK?

I know this isn't exactly game art related... and please just close the topic if necessary, but I thought I'd ask here because I know there's a lot of sports fans, and Googling just returns a lot of results from years ago which is now irrelevant.
Anyone know if there's a way (through the TV/other hardware, online etc) to watch US sports, specifically the NHL, MLB and NBA in the UK?
We have ESPN AmericaHD, but they totally neglected the BlueJays this year, and now they've lost the rights to NHL and NBA so it's basically CFB or nothing on there now.
A lot of the PPV online streams I've found are US only too.
Any ideas?
