Wacom portrait mode switch

I'm starting to get into doing comics digitally and i've got an ergotron monitor mount. This lets me easily rotate my monitor however i want. It's great since comic pages fit better in portrait mode. I found an app that lets you rotate the screen with a keyboard shortcut (irotate: http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/irotate.shtm )
What i'm trying to find is a way to easily toggle my wacom from landscape into portrait without having to go into the wacom config in the control panel to do it. Ideally i would bind it to one of the express keys on my tablet. I've got an intuous 3 by the way.
Anyone know of a solution? sadly, google search didn't give me much to go on.
