The lips looks to thin and the ears look to small and it looks like his ears stick out farther

Other than the lips, I tried the exact opposite of what you said before examining further:

here was a previous image that I FEEL screams "Will" more, but when matched up with the image above alot was off and the changes are in the final image on the OP

As to the OP image:

I want to say the shape of the eyes is correct, but they're angled the wrong way. Looking at the reference, Will's eyes seem to be either an almond shape where the points are even all the way across - or they are reversed from how you have them. The inner point closest to the nose should be a little bit lower, not the outer point.
