Problems baking AO Black pixles :/

To learn High to Low poly Modelling i am follow the knife tutorial from CG Tuts but when it comes to baking out the normal and AO i get this
Whats the problems and how can i fix it?

Aside from a little time with a brush, are your faces not welded/smoothed?

Are you using global supersampling when you render? Whenever I do that I get the same issue. Not sure how to fix, other than disabling the global supersampler.

I really hope to avoid painting it cause i have the same problem on the normal map ill double check my verts, and the sampler, thanks

Rerendering at 2x the rez then downsize in PS to get AA'd results works fine.
