Searching 3D Artists and Coder

Hi Guys,

we are searching for some professional 3D Artists and Coder (C# and/or Java).

1st: Apologies for the bad english (we're from austria)

Details:

Style: simplistic toonish

We originally wrote a Toonish Fantasy RPG Storyboard, and now we visualize this with Unity3D Game Engine.
We're looking to invest some money in this project, not THAT BIG STACK of a budget, but definetly noone is going to work for free.

We need 3 Characters ( Barbarian, Amazone, Magician )
Lots of Mobs, Monsters, Buildings, Dangueons and Villlage Peoples.


Payment methods:

a) directly payment
you're going to be paid after every work you complete for us (freelancer system)

b) contracted secured profit share agreement
we'll contract you with our company, and you get paid royalties by percentage after title ships.
Everyone in our Team should have the same rights, so everyone gets the same contract .
This payment method allows us to handle with more money for marketing and investment

But which payment method you prefere is your decision.
