LOL at Kotaku's foolishness. I'm 99% certain this is actually a real teaser trailer. I'm hoping for the return of old school Resident Evil!

I wouldn't be surprised if it's the real deal. I'm excited it's a reboot. Resident Evil is one of my top 5 favorite series ever and I'm excited to see new characters and mechanics. I love the Mechanics for the RE5 DLC which was like a mixture of RE4 and the Classic games.

I thought there was a umbrella lab in Canada?I cant remember if it was the games or film but i remember seeing a map of there vaults. Could have been near the end of the second film/start of the third.

So, has anybody played the demo?

First of all, WIP build and all that, sure... But...

Jeeeeez, did the devs actually play a Resident Evil game before? Its terrible Forgetting that the game is, graphics wise, a total mess, or that the game has waaaaay too many melee options, or that the UI design is some of the worst I've ever seen... Who the hell designed these controls? Its bad enough that the FOV is so far up your arse you cant see anything, but when you aim its even worse

I actually had to turn the demo off mid way, just because its THAT bad, something I never expected.

RE6 has gone from "100% will buy" to a "wait for a sale before picking it up".

I thought the demo was not out until september... at least that is what my dragons dogma demo code says on the bottom.

PS3 demo isn't out until September, 360 one is now.

Oooh... and its that bad? i have little faith in the series when i read the man in charge of the series say they would not be developing horror games, but action oriented RE since that is what is hip among gamers now a day... its a shame they don't listen. Same thing is happening with Dead Space.
