Hey POLY PEEPS!!
I wanted to proudly post the very first ever animation for the Dragon Weaver cartoon!
Its insane that after full days of work, that myself and the 6 other members of the Toon Sushi clan are doing this, but we are in fact trying to make a cartoon....
I couldnt be luckier to work with such an insanely talented group on the idea i have had in my head for yearssssss......
This is on Hiroshi's PROXY mesh. A stripped down version of the awesome sauce that Josh Singh is doing up!!!
PURPOSE OF THIS:
1. test the rig.
2. get a feel for Hiroshi, and what poses he can hit.
3. start setting the tone, feel, and look of the animation style of the Dragon Weaver cartoon as a whole.
I knocked this out tonight in a couple of hours. This will be the first in a long series of "proof of concept" movement stuff.
The goal, is simple. We want to create a cool, 3d animated cartoon, for the "Gamer" Age group. And so it begins....

The snappyness is cool, could add some follow-through in breakdown for the arm. Just me though. The silhouett reads really well too!
Yeah I think I agree. Might help with the side view of the run because atm it is almost strobing. The legs definitely are...
Love it though! Reminds me a bit of the Incredibles!
