I'm part of a small recently formed indie studio and we are missing an artist. We are working on a game to be released on the PC and iOS and we need 3D artists who are also capable of painting 2D stylized textures. We need someone flexible who can take descriptions and concept documents and work closely with us to build assets and objects.

As I mentioned already we are still newly formed so our finances are very limited. We cannot afford to hire someone full-time, for the time being we are seeking freelancers. We will pay per object on an agreed upon price with what limited funds we currently have. If you prefer a royalty agreement we can set that up also. In a months time when we have more money to work with we will request more work so we would need someone who would be available for 1-3 months.
Ideally we aren't only looking for a freelancers but a "go-to" guy when it comes to artwork our studio will need for any projects to come.
We have a very specific cartoony art-style in mind akin to Team Fortress 2, Evil Genius, and the concept art of Tiny Bang Story.

- Asteroid (1500-4000 polygons)
- 3 Variations of that asteroid
- Sky-Box (simple sphere textured from the inside
- with a highly detailed painted texture of space (novas, stars...etc)
- Planets: Simple Sphere
- With light effects (cloud spheres around it, glow maps...)
- detailed painted texture
- Planets: Sphere with details modeled into it (2000 - 4000 polys)
- With effects
- detailed painted texture
- UI Buttons and Icons
- Studio Logo
Familiarity with the UDK is a huge plus particularly with Cascade.
