Shoes and shirt are pretty good imho.
Pants, not so much right now. The stripes really give away the UV distortion, and the pirate patch needs to have some lighting to it. Also, maybe some big stitches on the sides of the pants?
thanks maph- I did a quick paintover of where I would like to go with it later tonight. The original ninja had some blades on the shoulder so I amd thinking of mirroring that Idea except with some parrott feathers. Also, adding a sash and fixing the UV distortion on the pants.
The patch on her rear looks a little too perfectly attached. I guess I just associate pirates with poor tailoring, but I'd like to see some big ol' stitches holding it on. Ones like she has going up the sides of her legs.
As for the feathers, they seem oddly flamboyant compared to the rest of the character at the moment. The entire outfit is very down to earth and meant for business it seems, but a random little decorative poof of color on her shoulder sort of throws her off balance. I expect putting the feathers on both shoulders (and possibly a third, asymmetrical location?) would help keep things even. Of course, her gratuitous amount of weapons and spikes also help.
The belt changes look good to me, though I feel like you could add a knot of cloth on her hip or some wrinkles on the belt to help sell the cloth.
Lastly, your colors draw me straight to the pants and then the face. You may be settled on the colors you have now, but I'd consider playing with a few alternative color schemes to see if any draw and move the eyes to a better location. I'm not really a character artist, but I believe the general rule is to draw the eyes towards the torso, because that is where the weapon is usually held.
Just some food for thought! I love your texture style you have going, and I'm anxious to see how this character ends up.
This looks really nice and clean modeling. Would like to see wires and textures when it's complete for sure ^^ ..Are those daggers on her upper arms? It's just the material doesn't read like metal to me, looks like, shiny stone?
A very solid job, can't wait to see it finished.
Don't be afraid to paint stronger light contrast overall. Just make sure light don't kill color. Also metal is too bright and dark cloth is waay to dark.

Thanks I was feeling that as well, will make those adjustments asap-appreciate it.

Just to clarify- I did not model this, I am modefying Slipgatecentrals' Ninja SDK- I'll sort out the material clarity as well, thanks!

It was a slow night, had other things to do but got this far
Do something with the spikes they all read real flat. Otherwise you're killing it.
