In need of 3d Artist for Mobile Game Development

I'm looking for a 3d artist to partner with me in a Mobile game I am developing.
The target platform is iOS/Android.
The game is based off of the 2004 "Killdozer" indecent, in which Marvin Heemeyers heavily armored a bulldozer and took rampage upon the city he resided in.
Thus, it will be called "Killdozer", and the user will play as Marvin controlling the psuedo-tank, destroying the city. The difference will be that this game will last much, much longer than his real fit of destruction(13 buildings destroyed).
I am using the Unity3d game engine, and will buy the Android license at some point during it's development.

You will record the hours you spent working on the project; once it is done, the hours you spent working out of the hours spent between us on the entire project will determine how large a percentage of the revenue you receive. Pay will only be from sales of the game, I'm giving nothing upfront.

I am not asking for an artist extremely skilled in 3d, as the models will all be low poly and texture to run smoothly. I am also a student, so the hours of development on this project will be somewhat limited.

I started developing this last night, here is an extremely rudimentary version of the game to show it's basic concept:

The location of your hovering cursor emulates where the user is touching on the mobile device's screen.
I have the demo running very smoothly on a low-mid range phone (Droid X).
