Time managment?

Hello there! since i a person that struggling with time managment i would like to ask a couple of question regarding that area. How mutch time do you give each segment in yout workflow? I am a hard surface modeller and im interested in everything from props,weaponsbuildings and vechiles? Oh yeah its everything from Lowpoly,highpoly,uvwmapping and bakeing im interested in to know
