looking for concept artist/2D modeler

i'm looking for either concept artist who can do 2D models or 2D modeler who can make backgrounds for menus and icons and other picture assets that i need in my game.
this game will be for iOS platform, it will be about flying paper airplane. it will have cartoonish feel about it.
now what i need?
someone who can make backgrounds, menus, upgrade shop icons (these are the sketches that i made http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/580/myimage31.png/ ) and someone who can make these planes http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3171544/airplane_game/done%21.jpg in 2D models and in more cartoonish look, currently they are in 3D.
i need one person to do whole art for this game and all models for this game so that whole style of the game will be the same.
