Playing Spotify / Lastfm etc on a radio?

Anyone know if there's a radio capable of playing Spotify and Lastfm? Or a solution that doesn't need a PC being fired up?

I was stuck waiting for someone in a car for a long time, and forgot my ipod. And since radio is pure shit, and they never play anything worth a damn, I tried pandora on my android phone, and it was a life saver.

If I'm not mistaken doesn't the ipod need a wifi connection for that kinda thing? My phone has 4g and it worked flawlessly, but it does eat up a lot of data

It does offline playback of wifi synched music

So if I'm out away from wifi it will still play like playlist I made up?

Yes but you have to make sure you have those songs stored on your phone first.
