website name sugestions?

Hello I woudl lik eto ask some sugestions for a personal blog website showcase of my stuff and I was really undecided what to get as a name ... unfortunately naima.com is taken so ...

here some hypothetical ones I got brainstorming but I hope for some other sugestions?

Shoudl I keep my naima nickname in the website or instead go for something else? may be more boring namesurname.com or may be some invented out stuff about the cgi , graphics etc?

some tips:
☂) avoid underlines and dashes (n-a-i-m-a). anything that isn't alphanumerical, really.
☃) the shorter the better.
☎) it should make sense if you say it out loud. using real words instead of names and nicks isn't a bad idea.
☠) make it memorable.

I would take the advice of the guys at the crunch cast, give your site a name that you wouldn't mind a recruiter seeing....although name/surname might seem boring, the main purpose of the site is to get you a gig yes, if so then putting your actual name out there isn't such a bad thing really.

keep it simple. Your name, or maybe naimaart or naima-art, if you stick to your username.

Hey, just an idea for you man. Niama.com is taken ok, but it doesn't mean that u should only get a .com site.
I mean check out the alternatives like .info , .pro , .org , .name , .net

I had a similar problem myself and went with .info, though now I think that .pro sounds damn sweet.

I love .pro but unfortunately I must be registered to a government entity for things like engeneering , lawyer or othe rprofesional entities , I guess there isn't one for Freelance 3d artist?
so far the best I could find is n-a-i-m-a even if was sugested to not use dashes I think it makes stand out better name and I usually write the name sepaated by spaces wich are not available in the name selector , tough I was wondering if is any difference if I use upper or lower case in naming?

heheh now just to ask any sugestion on some wordpress templates may be? I was thinking to a blog style with a portfolio page in order to add also other stuff and not just image slideshows .... dunno ....

You can find free themes that will do the job well, you really don't need to pay for a premium theme that will have a lot of extra things you won't need, keeping it clean and accessible is what you should be going for.
