cant get tablet to work on second monitor while cintir is plugged in?

I have a cintiq 12wx and a second monitor and my wacom tablet wont work on my monitor? it only works on the cintiq? ive tried pressing the dual dispaly button on both the cintiq and tablet and i'm still stuck on the cintiq display? anyone have any ideas? i dont like using a mouse and i use my tablet all the time except when painting on the cintiq.

have you checked the mapping of the Tablet in the Wacom drivers? it would need to be set to just the second monitor. If that does work I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the tablet drivers. There should be a solution this because I have heard of people using a normal tablet in conjunction with a Cintiq.
