Looks pretty solid so far! One thing I could point out though is the shape of the "shoulders" jutting out to either side. In the concept it appears to have some nice alternating shapes there, and I would think about exaggerating those areas in your model to try and retain some of that visual interest. Right now they pretty much look like boxes on either side, and it makes those areas kinda boring. Here's a quick anim to show what I mean:
