Iron man Design

Here's iron man I'm making for a small movie me and my friend is working on. Just cant get the head right. Any crits?

    Hey! Sorry you haven't been getting many critiques on your work. I'm gonna try to help you out. Do you have a concept for this character drawn out?? It looks like it's pretty stylized and cartoony, which I think is cool. But I'm not sure about all the proportions. The arms look a little long and the head/neck area are a little off (im not sure why yet). It also looks like you need some work on your poly flow. It's not terrible, but there are some areas that you have too many edge loops. Judging by what you have so far, I think you can take out some edge loops, like the ones going up and down the torso and the ones around the knees. Try to make your polygons more evenly spaced around the entire character. Let's see... besides that, I guess I just would really like to see a concept to see where you're going with this! Good start :)

    The arm does look long. I'll work on that and most problem I have is with the head. Can't get to look right no matter what >.<.. I will have a look at the poly flow and post my progress.

    I like the concept! yea for the face, i can't really say anything yet... i mean, there's always this little face poly flow thing that seems to be really helpful.

    I'm gonna add details with texture. I really hope it comes out great. We are trying for video game type movie. With the pixelated textures and no anti aliasing and low poly models. The problem with the face is that, it just doesn't look that good. and here's a little progress with the model. Gonna work on the enemy now.
