Hello every one, I posted this question in another thread a while back, however I have yet to receive any answers so I will try again.
I made a quick head model to test the blend shapes on, seeing as how I had trouble with that tool on another model of mine. At first it seemed that work fine, however I later discovered an odd bug that keeps happening whenever I open the file for the first time after opening Maya. What would is that once I try to use the animation aspect of the blend shapes, the model wouldn't respond completely to it's source material. For instance, when I try to use the "scared" shape, some of the vertexes on the eyebrows and jaw wouldn't align themselves with the original "scared" model. Also, those aren't the same vertexes that don't respond, sometimes one eye would reshape better than the other, and sometime they would both shape equally different from the original model that they are based. Funny thing is, that once I reopen the file for the 3rd or 4th time, the shapes work fine.
Does anyone know why this is happening, or am I forced to open the same file 3-4 times whenever I want to animate expressions with the Blend Shapes?

Try to delete all of your LAYER & BlendShape deformation (not the object)... and save the file. And than, restart your Maya. With the ready Blank New File, import your last project file. re-BlendShape again... Save it with different name. Done... & ready to work...
