This is a new model I'm working on. Plan on creating next-gen low poly from this in the end. Does anyone have any ideas on what vehicles tricount should be for a next gen game?

The polycount of your vehicle always depends on the kind of game you want to do. Driver San Francisco uses 18.000 tris for LOD0 for example, other games use way more triangles since they will have less vehicles on screen at the same time.
You do have a lot of dents in the surfaces of your highpoly, especially at the corners of the door and the car hood. Add more support edges on your control cage to get rid of these.
