The moustache works and reads as one in the concept because the mouth is visible, well one of the reasons anyway. On the model it just looks weird

Yeah at the moment it looks like he has two cheetos resting on his man-boobs.

He's a great character I think you should just move the mask up a bit so that you can see his mouth and maybe his nose. You could also make the mask more interesting like it is in the concept. And add some laces to the back of his mask.

Is he meant to be anyone from the actual WWE?
