It's not complete yet. We are doing for practice. I did the shader,light and fx,etc.

Not exactly realistic, but really fantastic for a surreal/stylized game type. I would add some smaller froth bits to show the scale and the makeup, atm its reading as liquid glass
Btw, It says no tessellation, is there actually deformation on the surface? Or is that all shader fanciness?
- Make the only light in the scene the sun, this will make it easier to get your specular highlights right.
- The colours seem really wrong, even for a warm ocean, try darker, greener colours.
- The waves themselves look more like ripples, they have no direction and are too strong, thats probably throwing out your specular too.

Ocean shaders are really difficult, but keep at it, you can get some great results.
make it more glossy.
