Unity Project Urban Mage seeking Artists

Hi folks,


A programmer and I have been working on our Unity game, Urban Mage, for awhile and now are looking for artist to help with the production. We have spent a year designing and prototyping and now it’s time to bust it out. In short the concept for the game is that it's a fighting game that has a RPG style. The story is thicker and you get items, equipment, additional moves and level up. The powers in which the fighters have is similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender except instead of 4 elements there are hundreds and instead of only a select few being “benders” everyone can bend something.

A little about us: We have released two other games on XboxLive Indie, a puzzle game Convextrix and another fighting game Battle High: San Bruno. Each game we do we are stepping it up a notch. We are already a developer with the new website IndieCity and it will be a huge outlet for out game if we get on their early enough. We both work at game studios full time and do this as a side project. We are hoping to find other professionals but it’s not a must.

Programming wise we have alot done. We have a character customizer, interface system, battle system, input system, sounds, inventory, and even a custom model viewer.

Art wise... we are light. Rigging and animations are the biggest bottle neck right now. The animations and effects in this video will be improved further upon when we have enough artists/time.

What we really need the most in order is:
- Concept art (environment/world)
- Rigging and Animation (3ds Max preferred or Maya)
- Environment artist (3ds Max or Maya)
- Dialog Portraits and maybe cutscenes
