Hey to all,

I was wondering, what is the best way to get some feedback on personal work, on a constant basis?

I did start a thread in[thread=84411]here[/thread], but I feel like it's not enough, I also have no idea where else to basically 'pop out' and show myself, anyone have hints in this regard.

I know, it sounds like a stupid question, and who know, maybe in a cheap way, I'm trying to get people to see my thread and comment in it [thread=84411]here[/thread], but I can't imagine any other place apart from PC being more honest and up-front with crtis when compared to other sites.

I mean hell, the only other crits I got on site like GA in a comp, which improved my skillset somewhat, weren't from GA members, but PC members which had joined a comp.

Other than that though, cheers and ciao.

Give constructive criticism/feedback to others and others will do the same for you.

Well, the reason being is you never posted back in like 3 months until today. I would think you'd abandoned your project or something. You could've updated that thread of yours when/if you progressed with your work or finished it completely.

A lot of people check PC at work and mightn't have the time to watch a reel. Post images of your work for them to crit you as well. Lots of images from your reel would be perfect. :)

Working on the golem is probably not the best direction for feeback. It's hard to learn and hard for people to give you crits if you're doing a piece that gives you a lot of latitude.

I try to crit as much as I can, but when I see someone who's already pretty much summed up my crits I don't feel like it's necessary to do so. I usually don't post a lot of artwork, I do work on some personal stuff at home, but most of the time I'm busy with actual work. The times that I give crits are usually during the first 30 minutes of work, lunchtime or when I get home.

Just keep posting work and the crits will come naturally, especially if you befriend people. I know you're the balls of steel kinda guy who can take it so just do it ;)

Work harder, post often (updates, not just text.). Integrate feedback. Less typing more modelling! :]

~ Everybody goes through the stage of receiving little to no responses. I went through it a lot. Just keep trucking. It will change as you inch closer to awesomesauce.

I'm pretty amazed that you've had like 1200 posts since April but haven't shown any work on here.

    For real bro.

A better signal to noise ratio around these parts would work wonders. More art, less chat go go go!
