here is my first WIP

here i'm sculpt shirt and tie , i doesn't add much detail to jacket because there will be fur coat , and i will change lower part when i will make pants.

Little update
Perhaps i will continue sculpt jacket and head. After this i will create low-res.

You should spend more time on the high-poly before moving on to the low-poly. It doesn't feel finished yet, spend some time focusing on each part of his clothing, find reference and try to make each part more realistic. Good work so far!

Thx for advice, yeah i think so too what i still should work on model, i'm not happy with that what i have right now (except pants but perhaps i should finish them too).
