I working on a driving simulator project, its my first time doing a videogame and im about to get into texturing. I'd like to know the image size used for videogames so the engine (UNITY) doesn't have any problems at all.

What platform are you developing for?
Hi! Im developing for PC at the moment.
Why?
Because you don't seem to have a clue yet and the best advice for starters is always to go with any number and see from there how things work out.
Another thing to keep in mind is that you could go for a rather high resolution (take more work and time) and then resize it later on to what you really need for technical reasons.
